Privacy Policy

Bankspeak recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by our clients, the users of our web site and email senders and recipients.

Our policy recognizes our fiduciary responsibility to anyone dealing with us.

We only collect and maintain nonpublic personal and business information in order to:

  • Analyze and prepare financing summaries for referal to potential lenders
  • Advise our clients of industry trends and news.
  • To facilitate normal business transactions.

We do not automatically gather any personal information from you unless you supply it voluntarily.

We do not offer, or allow the selling of, any user-provided information to third parties, in fact, we will not even divulge who our clients are without their expressed permission.

Information is shared with banks, lenders and professional only as necessary in order to complete our mandate AND only with our client’s expressed permission.

We work diligently to ensure that any other party we provide the information to has privacy policies at least as diligent as our own and that they are reputable organizations that will only use the information we provide to them in the manner for which it was provided.

For our internal purposes, we may gather date, time, browser type, navigation history and IP address of all visitors to our site. This information does not contain anything that can identify users personally. We use this information for our internal security audit log, trend analysis and system administration, and to gather broad demographic information about our user base for aggregate use.

We employ physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect our client’s personal and corporate information.

 

Nothing is disposed of from our office without being shredded.

All paper information is destroyed after it’s purposes has been met.

We maintain electronic copies of certain documentation only for client service purposes.  This information is maintained under password control with modern encryption protection.

If requested by a client, we pledge to destroy all copies of any information provided insofar as reasonably possible.
